United States Postal Service is our primary carrier. Orders that are received by 12p Pacific Time (PDT & PST) will ship the next business day. Orders that are received after 12p Pacific Time (PDT & PST), will ship in 2 business days. Note: We cannot ship to APO Boxes or international addresses.
Please be aware that USPS Priority mail may take up to 1 week to arrive within the continental U.S., and up to 2 - 3 weeks to HI and AK. We do offer tracking capabilities when choosing USPS.
At Zyanya, we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. Our return goods policy is outlined below.
- Within 60 days of invoice date, Zyanya will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
- Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Zyanya before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.
- In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
- All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Out of Stock Policy
You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.
